Receive bonus
If your contact activates a Sunrise subscription within 30 days of your recommendation, you’ll receive a bonus.

Recommend an Internet subscription (Internet + TV or just Internet) together with a mobile subscription to get up to CHF 220.–.*
*All mobile internet subscriptions (We Connect) and mobile subscriptions without minimum contract duration (Up Mobile S, Sunrise Up Mobile Young, Swiss Travel) are excluded from any compensation.
What happens once you send your recommendation?
Once you’ve recommended a person to us, they have 30 days to take advantage of your recommendation.
Important:
You will only receive the bonus if your friend orders a new subscription at www.sunrise.ch or by phone. You can find out everything else via the confirmation link.

Depending on which products the recruited person orders, you will receive the corresponding bonus. The maximum bonus is CHF 220.–. You can only recommend one Internet subscription or one Internet with TV subscription together with a mobile subscription.

No, our rewards program is designed for those who would like to recommend Sunrise.
The bonus is usually assigned six to eight weeks after the product has been activated (provisioned). The time of activation is not the same as the time of sending the confirmation e-mail about your recommendation. The bonus will be available in your referal portal for payout at the beginning of the month following the activation of the product, at the earliest. Please log into the portal and request a credit payout. The bonus will then be transferred to the bank account stored in your profile, either in the current month or the following month at the latest.
With a few exceptions such as Mobile Data subscriptions (We Connect), Up Mobile S and Fresh Mobile S+, all Sunrise products with a minimum contract duration of one year are approved for customer referrals. Rate changes are also excluded from customer referrals.
