Françoise Clemes, Chief Customer Officer

• Françoise Clemes has been Chief Customer Officer of Sunrise UPC since December 2020. 

• Françoise was at Sunrise as Chief Services Officer from 2016.

• Before joining Sunrise, Françoise was employed by EE Limited in England starting in 2011, first as Chief of HR and was later named Chief Customer Services in 2013. 

• Starting in 1992 she worked in Corporate Sales at Orange France, moved to HR and served as Vice President HR of Orange Europe from 2007 - 2011.

• Françoise has a master’s in experimental Psychology/Information Systems and a master’s in Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering for Paris Descartes University.
