Diversity and inclusion: We have signed the Advance Charter and actively live out diversity and inclusion within our company.

Employee satisfaction: We regularly evaluate our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and introduce targeted measures to improve it.


We will continue to develop our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) program and implement the measures in the Advance Charter. We are working with ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to develop further targets and measures.

By 2025, we aim to achieve an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of at least 65 points.

We are increasing the proportion of women in leadership positions to at least 25% by 2025 and 30% by 2030.

We will be continuing to develop our DE&I program based on a grassroots approach. For all identified pillars of our DE&I program, we will be promoting active ERGs and including them in our decisions.
