Who is eligible for the Netflix promotion?
To enjoy the Netflix promotion, simply order Sunrise Home Unlimited (part of Sunrise One). This offer is available to both existing and new Netflix customers.

How do I redeem the promotional offer?
1. After you have made the qualifying purchase, we will send you an email containing a redemption URL. (Note: After contract signature it takes between 2 and 10 days for the email to be sent.)
2. Click the link and follow the instructions to redeem your offer.
3. You will be redirected to Netflix.com to either:
a. Sign in and redeem the offer on your existing Netflix account, or
b. Sign up as a new Netflix member and accept Terms of Use.
What is the value of this promotional offer?
The offer is valid for 6 months of the 4 screen standard Netflix plan valued at 107.40 CHF. Note: The promotion is applied as a monetary amount to your account. If you are on the 1 or 2 screen plan, the promo will be consumed slower than 6 months.
How many Sunrise promotional offers can I redeem?
You can redeem one (1) Sunrise promotional offer per Netflix account.
I haven’t received the email with the link and instructions on how to redeem this promotion, or I’m having trouble redeeming it.

What happens after I have used up my Netflix gift subscription?
7 days before your promotional offer is depleted, you will receive an email alert from Netflix. If you have a method of payment on file with Netflix, your account will be charged a monthly fee once the value of your promotional offer runs out. If you do not have a method of payment on file, you will be prompted to add one.
I already have an active Netflix account. Am I still able to redeem this promotion?
Yes, you are eligible to enjoy this promotion if you make the qualifying purchase. Simply choose the “Sign In” option on the Netflix site during redemption.
