Office 365 is a comprehensive cloud-based business solution for the modern Working World 4.0. It is suitable for companies of any size and includes first-rate office applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and powerful cloud services (e.g. Microsoft Teams and OneDrive). The cloud solution and multiple business applications and services allow everyone in your team to work creatively and productively anytime from practically any location or end device.
How is the public phone network integrated?
Sunrise uses a SIP Trunk (hosted AudioCodes SBC platform) which enables Office 365/Microsoft Teams to connect to the public telephone network. This allows your employees to make calls and work together efficiently with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 all around the world. To get started, you need to have a combination of the Sunrise "telephone system" function with the Business voice direct Cloud Connect service. Office 365 Business plans do not include a connection to the public telephone network. Sunrise recommends an Office 365 Enterprise plan (E1/E3/E5) that includes this.
Sunrise also provides customers with a portal (Sunrise Business Marketplace) where they can independently purchase and manage their Microsoft Office 365 licenses through Sunrise.
