My connection has been blocked. What can I do to unblock it?

Pay the total amount indicated in the payment reminder using the payment slip or the account information provided. After the outstanding amounts are posted to the account, the connection will then be unblocked. At that time, you will have to turn your mobile phone off and back on before it can access the network again.

To speed up the unblocking, log into My Sunrise and pay using one of these methods:

  • Credit card / PostFinance
  • E-banking
  • PayPal/Masterpass

The amount of time required to process your payment and post it to your account varies by payment method. The table below shows you the approximate processing time based on the payment method you have chosen.
