Cancellation with device plan

The use of a device plan is only possible in combination with the mobile subscription referenced in the device plan contract. Consequently, all outstanding instalments will become due for payment immediately, if the mobile subscription is cancelled.

In case of an outport of your phone number to a new provider, open installments can delay the process. To avoid this, we recommend that you pay all remaining installments prior to the outport.

The device plan itself can be paid off at any time.
