Call settings mobile

Most recently modified:
  • Incoming calls you cannot answer are normally forwarded to your Sunrise mailbox. However, you can set up forwarding yourself, e.g., to your landline.

To manage call forwarding yourself, please do the following:

Turn your Sunrise mailbox off by entering the key sequence #145#. Only forward calls you want to forward – either via your mobile phone menu or keypad.

    Please note:

    • Prepaid customers do not have the “forward all voice calls” option.
    • Prepaid customers who are abroad can only forward calls if they are in a country with Sunrise direct roaming.
    • There is no charge to forward calls to your own Sunrise mailbox as long as you are in Switzerland. Prepaid customers who are abroad can only forward calls if they are in a country with Sunrise Prepaid direct roaming. In this case, you will be billed for the incoming call abroad and for forwarding the call to your Sunrise mailbox in Switzerland any time a voice message is received in your mailbox. To prevent this double billing, please turn off call forwarding as described above.
  • If you would like to turn call forwarding to your Sunrise mailbox on again, after requesting our customer service staff to turn it off, please enter the following: Your Sunrise mailbox number as +4186 plus your 10-digit mobile phone number along with any leading zeros (e.g., +41860761111111). Charges are incurred for calls forwarded to other numbers. Please note that you have access to all forwarding options with the exception of the “forward all voice calls” option.

  • If you miss a call (while you are on another call, while your mobile phone is turned off or if there is, in an exceptional case, no network coverage), you are automatically notified as soon as you can receive calls again. Once this is the case, you automatically receive an SMS from any callers who attempted to call you. This notification contains information on the number of missed calls and includes the date and time. You can then simply call back the person who sent the SMS. This service is free of charge for Sunrise mobile customers who use their Sunrise mailbox.

If another individual is attempting to call you while you are on another call, you receive an acoustical and optical signal. You can identify the person who is calling by the phone number.
Press ok to accept the call. The call you are on is then automatically put on “hold.” To return to your first call, press ok. You can switch back and forth between these two calls.
