Sunrise smartphone upgrade – What happens if my device does not meet the trade-in conditions when I trade it in?

You are responsible for ensuring that your iPhone meets our trade-in conditions when you trade it in after 12 months. Our sales staff may refuse to take back your iPhone if it is damaged (see sunrise.ch/upgrade for details). Damaged devices must be repaired before they are returned. We recommend that you take out Sunrise Smart Protect insurance.
