My mobile phone is broken / defective. What should I do?

If you purchased your mobile phone at a Sunrise center or in the Sunrise online shop:

Fill out this return form completely and sign it. Send it together with your defective mobile phone (if possible, in the original packaging) to the following address:

If you did not purchase your mobile phone directly from Sunrise (but through Mobilezone, Media Markt, etc.), please contact that dealer directly.

Important! If you have purchased protect insurance, don't send us the hardware, but rather report the damage to the insurance company at this number: +41 43 210 27 45 or online at www.chubbprotect.ch/claimreport.

Current notice to Samsung customers (October 2016)

Samsung is currently experiencing delivery delays throughout Switzerland for certain replacement and repair parts for all Samsung models.
