  1. Is mobile data blocked on your mobile phone?
  2. Is mobile data blocked in My Sunrise?
  3. Is your mobile phone properly configured for Internet access? Please check the settings in Hardware Support
  4. Please restart your mobile phone and try again to establish an Internet connection.
