Why don't I get any e-mails in my Sunrise mail anymore?

Most recently modified:

Storage space

If you have been able to send and receive e-mails without any problems in the past, please check whether you still have sufficient storage space.
 
If only a little storage space is available, please delete any old and/or no longer useful e-mails and their attachments.
 
If the problem persists, check your e-mail settings:

E-mail settings

IMAP:

  • Server: imap.sunrise.ch
  • Port: 993
  • Security Protocol: SSL

Receive e-mails with an e-mail program (Outlook, etc.)

If you have been reading your e-mails directly in webmail until now and you now want to use an e-mail program (Outlook, Mac Mail, etc.), you must set up your e-mail on the computer.
