How does it work?

Let’s say, you arrive in Paris on Friday at 11:00…

When you start surfing (example at 11:10), travel day pass data (CHF 1.90) will be automatically activated, 100MB will be valid for 24 hours.

Friday at 19:30 – 100MB is used up: for full cost control, data roaming will be blocked until Saturday 11:10.

If you want to keep surfing, you can add another 100 MB for CHF 1.90 (valid again for 24 hours) via cockpit.sunrise.ch

Saturday 11:10 – 24 hours are over and your data allowance expires. A new 100MB allowance (valid for 24 hours) will be automatically activated when you start surfing again.

How to install?

Travel day pass data is pre-installed for all new activations for Sunrise Freedom (Young) swiss start, swiss calls, swiss unlimited, swiss neighbors and Europe&US.

For any other Freedom or Mobile Unlimited subscription, travel day pass data can be installed in MySunrise or under settings in the roaming cockpit.

If you are not sure if travel day pass data is installed for you, simply surf to cockpit.sunrise.ch from your mobile phone and check the settings.

Why travel day pass data?

Simple
Once travel day pass data is installed, you automatically surf for CHF 1.90 per day (100MB) when you start surfing abroad.

Full cost control
When the 100MB is used up, data roaming will automatically be blocked. This way, your only cost for roaming data per day is CHF 1.90.

If you need more than 100MB per day, you can add another 100MB for CHF 1.90 via cockpit.sunrise.ch. If you want more data, you can choose one of our roaming options.
