Cannot make calls or send SMS

If you cannot make any calls, please check the following:

  1. Did you enter the phone number you want to call plus the country code and area code correctly?
  2. Do you have a good enough signal at your current location?
  3. Please restart your mobile phone and try again to make a call.
  4. Have you paid all your open bills? For an overview of any unpaid bills, please go to My Sunrise.

If you do not receive any calls, please check the following:

  1. Do you have a good enough signal at your current location?
  2. Did you accidentally activate the sleep mode which is then blocking incoming calls?
  3. Did you accidentally block the phone number of the individual calling you on your mobile phone? Depending on the manufacturer and model of your phone, individual contacts may be blocked. 
  4. Please restart your mobile phone and have the person call you again.
