Since I installed a switch / airport / other HDCP assignment device, my TV screen remains black

Please avoid using a switch between the Sunrise Internet Box and the Sunrise TV Box UHD. Please follow the steps to correct the black screen:

  1. Separate the LAN cable from the switch
  2. Restart the Sunrise Internet Box
  3. Disconnect the Sunrise TV Box UHD from its power source
  4. Wait until the Sunrise Internet Box has started completely and has reconnected to the Internet
  5. Insert the LAN cable from the Sunrise TV Box UHD directly into the Sunrise Internet Box
  6. Reconnect the Sunrise TV Box UHD to its power source
