When you switch to Sunrise Freedom, you can either keep your current mobile number or request a new one.
1. Keep your current number
Simply order your mobile subscription online or at any Sunrise point of sale and use the option “Keep phone number.” In this case, you have two options:
- Comply with the contract duration set by your current provider
If you choose this option, you comply with your current provider's contract terms and avoid early cancellation fees. The switch must, however, be requested no sooner than 120 days before the contract expires.
- Switch to Sunrise before the end of the minimum contract duration
If you choose this option, you agree to pay your current provider any amount you might owe in conjunction with your current subscription.
2. Request a new number
We will send you a new SIM card and, if ordered, your new device. You can place your order online or at any Sunrise point of sale. You can choose from several phone numbers. There is a CHF 49.00 fee for the new SIM card.
