How to get your included new Gear VR

Here is how you get your included Gear VR if you have preordered a Samsung Galaxy Note7 

Please follow these instructions in order to get the included new Gear VR after your Samsung Note7 preorder (from August 2nd to August 28th of 2016).

Important: To get your included new Gear VR, make sure to go through the following steps between the 30th of August and the 30th of September 2016

1. As soon as you receive your Samsung Galaxy Note7 delivered by Sunrise, find the 15-digit IMEI number of the device. This number is written on a sticker on the box of your device (see example below). Take a picture of the sticker, you will need it later.

2. Once you have your 15-digit IMEI number and the picture of the sticker, please log into this website http://preorder.samsung.ch (only available from the 30th of August, website only in German and French).

  • Log into your MySamsung account or create a MySamsung account: you will have to provide your personal information.
  • To order your Gear VR, open the redemption form on the preorder website.
  • Enter the IMEI number and upload the picture of the sticker.

3. Samsung will check if the information you provided is correct and deliver your Gear VR within 15 days after your request. You will receive a confirmation email from Samsung. If you have any difficulties or questions regarding this process, please contact the Samsung hotline 0800 726 78 64 from Monday to Friday (8:00-18:00) – free of charge with your Sunrise subscription while in Switzerland.
