1. Let us know your new address 14 days before your move
- We recommend that you notify us of your new address and the exact date (business day) of the switch 14 days before your move.
- The processing fee for test and switchover is CHF 79.–.
- On the requested switchover date, the connection at your old address will be deactivated – even if the connection at your new address won't be activated until later. This is done for your protection to prevent a new tenant from making calls at your expense.
