Prepare for your move

1. The following information is needed before your order can be fulfilled:

  • We will need the previous tenant's landline number at your new address to switch your service to the correct telephone line. Providing this number to us will save you electrician charges; if we do not have the number, your house connection will have to be modified. If you do not know the previous tenant, please ask your landlord or property manager for the number.
  • If you would like to order fiber optics products, we need the fiber optic box ID number (see image below; also called OTO number) at your new address.
  • If you would like, you can keep your current phone number.

2. Cancel your existing Internet service and TV product:

  • We have prepared the appropriate cancellation form for you.
  • Please note: If you would like to keep your landline number, do not cancel your landline network service – you only have to cancel the additional packages and your Internet service and TV products.

Cancel the cable connection at your new address to avoid unnecessary utility costs. With Sunrise, the products for your home use the landline connection, so you no longer need the cable connection.
