My connection has been blocked. What can I do to unblock it?

Pay the total amount in the payment reminder using the payment slip or by providing your account information. After the outstanding amounts are booked, the connection will be unblocked again. This takes about two workdays after payment.

To speed up the process, you can send us your payment receipt via e-mail to collection@sunrise.net or via fax to 058 777 70 24. Be sure to indicate the corresponding phone number or customer number on the payment receipt. It will then  be unblocked within 24 hours, at which time you will have to turn your mobile phone off and on again before it can access the network again.
