Error message "R0A(x)" - no Internet / no connection to modem

If an error message is displayed on your TV screen, please take the following steps:

  1. Check if the Internet connection is working.
  2. Check if all connectors on your router, the connection kit, the TV Box and the TV are properly plugged in. To do this, use the cables included in the shipment.
  3. Remove any connection kits and set up the minimum level of cabling. To do this, use the cables included in the shipment.
  4. Restart the TV Box by disconnecting the power for 10 seconds.
