CS10070: Due to a server error, the channel currently cannot be displayed
What you can do

Restart the Sunrise TV Box
  • Restart the Sunrise TV Box by carefully unplugging it and plugging it back in after 30 seconds.

  • Wait until the box has fully restarted and the channels have been reset. This can take up to 30 minutes. Leave the box switched on during this time. 

  • Check whether the problem has now been resolved.
