CS2218: Recording not playable
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Play another recording

If the issue occurs only with a specific recording, it is a problem related to that particular program. Unfortunately, we cannot fix it, as the issue lies with the broadcaster.
If the problem occurs with all recordings, please follow the next steps.

Restart your TV Box

Restart your TV Box by unplugging it from the power for 30 seconds.

Run a system diagnosis

Check the network connection of your Sunrise TV Box as follows:

  • Press the Home button on your remote control.

  • In the menu, select the gear icon in the top right corner and press "OK".

  • Then choose "System" and select "Diagnostics" to view the status and speed of your connection.

  • If a problem is detected, follow the on-screen instructions.
