CS2400: The app no longer works or cannot be launched
What you can do
Close the app and restart it
  • Press the back or home button on your remote control. This closes the app and opens the main menu.

  • Select the desired app and restart it.

Restart your Sunrise TV Box
  • Check that all cables are correctly connected to the modem.

  • Then restart the Sunrise TV Box by carefully unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in after 30 seconds.

  • Wait until the box has completely restarted, then check whether the problem has been resolved.
