Press the back or home button on your remote control. This closes the app and opens the main menu.
Select the desired app and restart it.
Check that all cables are correctly connected to the modem.
Then restart the Sunrise TV Box by carefully unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in after 30 seconds.
Wait until the box has completely restarted, then check whether the problem has been resolved.
