What you can do
Connect your Sunrise TV Box with the LAN cable

Check whether the modem is connected to the Internet. To do so, connect another device (e.g., laptop) to your modem via Wi-Fi or a LAN cable and try to access a web page. 

If the browser displays an error message, this means your modem is not connected to the Internet.

If the modem is connected to the Internet, but the Internet connection is still not working:
