Check whether the modem is connected to the Internet.
Check that the Sunrise TV Box is connected to the modem via Wi-Fi or a LAN cable.
If you are connected via Wi-Fi, connect the Sunrise TV Box to the modem using a LAN cable, and then check whether the problem has been resolved. You will get the best possible connection with the LAN cable.
If you cannot connect your box via a LAN cable, follow our tips & tricks to optimize your Wi-Fi, and then try to re-establish a Wi-Fi connection.
If your Internet connection is still too slow, we recommend that you perform a speed test. This will help you determine the speed of your Internet and get tips for improving your connection.
To check the network connection of your Sunrise TV Box, click on the cogwheel icon in the menu. Then click on Info on the right. Select the menu item «Diagnosis» to view the status and speed of your connection.
