Sunrise has been instrumental in developing the new customer communications apprenticeship. It offers an exciting combination of customer contact and administrative coordination tasks (MA). As a customer communications specialist, you will provide advice and recommendations to customers and support them throughout the entire customer relationship.

Qualification: Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ)

You enjoy personally supporting customers

Sec. A with a grade point avg. of at least 4

Sec. B with a grade point avg. of at least 5

Excellent language skills

Exceptional work, learning and social behavior
