Aspiring British rapper Strandz live in Zurich
Platinum-selling British rapper Strandz has announced his biggest tour to date. The tour will take him through twelve European cities, including Zurich, from mid-November to the beginning of December.
This exciting announcement follows the recently released single "Rebel" (feat. Teejay). The song is about Strandz' experiences as an immigrant and his childhood, which he spent partly in Nigeria, and is the third single from his upcoming debut mixtape "Diaspora Dance Music" - a project that tells the story of his experiences with different cultures.
Strandz's major successes include over 200 million streams worldwide, a placement in the Netflix series "Top Boy", as well as his first headline show at London's Club Lafayette, numerous appearances at summer festivals (including the Wireless Festival in London and the Music Festival in Denmark) and various collaborations in the fashion scene - Nike, Christian Louboutin, GQ and British Vogue are names that Strandz can write on his banner. The rapper has also performed as a special guest for Pip Millett at Somerset House, the Red Bull BBC 1 UK Finals, the Red Bull Culture Clash and the Radar Festival in Zurich.
In the last two years Strandz has been on the road non-stop and was introduced at Glastonbury Festival by rapper Digga D and was support act for Wu-Tang Clan & Nas, as well as for Tion Wayne at the Reading and Leeds festivals - where he wowed fans with his own set.
