The Last Dinner Party announce their 35-date headlining tour of the UK, Europe and Australia. The tour starts on November 14 at the 3Arena in Dublin and ends on March 6, 2026 in Oslo. Their new album "From The Pyre" will be released on October 17, 2025.
The Last Dinner Party is pleased to announce details of a major headlining tour that will run from the fall through to next spring. The 35-date tour kicks off with a series of concerts in the UK and Ireland, starting at the 3Arena in Dublin on November 14 and concluding with two nights at the O2 Academy Brixton in London on December 7 and 8. The band will then travel to Australia in January and Europe in February before concluding their tour at Sentrum Scene in Oslo on March 6. In between, the band will play at The Hall in Zurich on February 14.
General pre-sale for the tour starts on Friday, September 12, at 10am local time. Fans who pre-order the album from the official store here will get access to the pre-sale for the tour.
The Last Dinner Party will release their second album, From The Pyre, on October 17, 2025 via Island EMI. This was announced alongside the release of the album's first single, "This Is The Killer Speaking".
The five-piece band from London entered the studio in early 2025 with Grammy award-winning producer Markus Dravs (Wolf Alice, Florence & The Machine, Björk) to begin work on the follow-up to their number one debut album "Prelude to Ecstasy" from 2023. From The Pyre is the sound of a band having a lot of fun rather than feeling under pressure to build on the explosive success of their debut album. It's also the sound of a young band developing and maturing their songwriting together, as tightly knit as the endless months on tour prove.
The Last Dinner Party on "From The Pyre": "This album is a collection of stories linked together by the concept of the album as a myth. 'The Pyre' itself is an allegorical place where these stories originate, a place of violence and destruction, but also of renewal, passion and light.
"The songs are character-based yet deeply personal, everyday life events taken to a pathological extreme. Ghosting becomes a western dance with a murderer, and heartbreak laughs in the face of the apocalypse. The lyrics conjure up guns, scythes, sailors, saints, cowboys, floods, Mother Earth, Joan of Arc and blazing hellfires. We found this kind of evocative imagery to be the most honest and truthful way to describe our experiences and give them the emotional weight they deserve." "This album feels a little darker, more raw and earthy; it takes place against a sublime landscape rather than an opulent table. It also feels metatextual and cheeky in places, like a knowing look cast back at ourselves."
With two BRIT Awards (including 'Breakthrough Artist' earlier this year) and sold-out shows around the world (including three sold-out shows in their hometown at London's Eventim Apollo), The Last Dinner Party's arrival and subsequent global success has been one of the most exciting launches for a new British band in decades, and the introduction of 'From The Pyre' suggests that this unprecedented success story is far from over.
