The world-famous pop group Westlife today announces the dates for its 25th anniversary celebration in the UK and Europe - Westlife 25: The Anniversary World Tour. The party will take place at Zurich's Hallenstadion on November 26, 2026.
The news follows two sold-out nights at London's iconic Royal Albert Hall next week, with additional dates in Dublin and Belfast already added to the presale due to overwhelming demand. The Artist Presale will take place at 10am on Tuesday, October 28, before tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday, October 31.
The tour kicks off in September 2026 and will see the band perform a euphoric, hit-filled set spanning their extraordinary 25-year career from timeless ballads to global chart-toppers. The UK leg includes shows in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, London, Brighton, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Cardiff and Manchester before heading back to Belfast and on to Europe for the band's first headline tour in two decades with shows in France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium and, on November 24, 2026, Switzerland. Further international dates will be announced shortly.
Westlife are also releasing "Chariot", a brand new single written by Ed Sheeran, Johnny McDaid and Will Reynolds and co-written and produced by Steve Mac. "Chariot" is a powerful, life-affirming anthem that celebrates love, family and the moments that really matter in life and is being released as a special 25th anniversary release for fans of their music and memories. It was played for the first time worldwide exclusively on BBC Radio 2's Scott Mills Breakfast Show this morning.
The single will be featured on Westlife's upcoming album 25 - The Ultimate Collection, which will be released on February 13, 2026 and is a tribute to their record-breaking 25-year career. It features 21 fan favorites including "You Raise Me Up", "Uptown Girl" and "Flying Without Wings" with brand new material recorded by all four members of Westlife: Shane, Nicky, Kian and Mark. 25 - The Ultimate Collection is available for pre-order as 1CD, 2CD Deluxe, 1LP, Amazon Exclusive 1LP Picture Disc and cassette. Fans can take advantage of an exclusive artist pre-sale by ordering any format from the D2C store before 1pm BST on Monday, October 27.
