Location
- If you order by July 23, 2026, you will receive a voucher. The festival wristband will be sent by post to the shipping address you provide shortly before the festival. This eliminates the need to queue to exchange wristbands and cashless credit can be loaded directly onto the RFID chip.
- Access to the site is only possible with the festival wristband.
Please note the following information if you wish to make changes in the period between ticket purchase and wristband dispatch:
- Changes regarding the wristband dispatch can be considered until July 23, 2026.
- You can make changes to the master and shipping address yourself in your Ticketshop account until July 22, 2026.
- If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, change the address data for the shipping address in your Ticketshop account by July 23, 2026.
- If you wish to transfer a single ticket from an order of several tickets, you are responsible for ensuring that the new owner receives the festival wristband.
