Progressive metal titans Mastodon are coming to Zurich for a rare club show at Komplex 457 on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. In an intimate atmosphere, their raw sludge metal power meets a multi-layered sound that has grown over the years and confidently transcends genre boundaries.
Founded in Atlanta (USA) in 2000, Mastodon established themselves early on as a force to be reckoned with in the international metal scene. With their distinctive sound, they have constantly redefined the boundaries of modern metal. This stylistic openness characterizes the band's unmistakable sound: complex guitar riffs, multi-layered rhythm structures and dynamic song progressions meet catchy melodies and strong songwriting.
