• If you order by July 22, 2025, you will receive a voucher. The festival wristband will be sent by post to the shipping address you provide shortly before the festival. This eliminates the need to queue at the wristband exchange and cashless credit can be loaded directly onto the RFID chip.
• Access to the site is only possible with the festival wristband.

Please note the following information if you wish to make changes in the period zbetween ticket purchase and wristband dispatch:

• Changes related to wristband shipping can be considered until July 22.
• You can make changes to the master address and shipping address yourself in your ticket store account until July 22, 2025.
• If you want to transfer your ticket to another person, change the address data for the shipping address in your Ticketshop account by July 22, 2025.
• If you wish to transfer a single ticket from an order of several tickets, you are responsible for ensuring that the new owner receives the festival wristband.
