The bookings are issued as vouchers. You will then receive your wristband by post shortly before the festival.
Please note the following information in the event of changes in the period between ticket purchase and wristband dispatch:
- Please adjust any changes to your address details in your customer portal
- Changes relating to wristband dispatch can only be considered until 22.05.2026
- If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please change the address details for the delivery address in your customer portal
- If you would like to pass on a single pass from an order with multiple tickets, you are responsible for ensuring that the new owner receives the festival wristband
