CS9995: Connection error
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Check your Internet connection
  • Check that all cables are properly connected and that none have been accidentally unplugged or bent.

  • Restart your Internet modem by disconnecting it from power for 30 seconds. Wait 5 minutes, then check the Internet connection again.

  • If the Internet still doesn’t work, use the personalized technical support in My Sunrise.

Restart your TV Box

Restart your TV Box by unplugging it from the power for 30 seconds.

Connect your TV Box with a LAN cable

Using a LAN cable provides the best possible connection. Check that the LAN cable is properly connected to both the modem and the Sunrise TV Box. Make sure you hear a “click” when plugging it in.
