Check that all cables are properly connected and that none have been accidentally unplugged or bent.
Restart your Internet modem by disconnecting it from power for 30 seconds. Wait 5 minutes, then check the Internet connection again.

Restart your TV Box by unplugging it from the power for 30 seconds.
Using a LAN cable provides the best possible connection. Check that the LAN cable is properly connected to both the modem and the Sunrise TV Box. Make sure you hear a “click” when plugging it in.
