Check that the LAN cable is correctly connected to the modem and the Sunrise TV Box. You should hear a click when plugging it in.
If this still doesn’t resolve the problem, try using a different LAN cable or connect the Sunrise TV Box to the modem via Wi-Fi. Please note: You will get the best possible connection with the LAN cable.
To check the network connection of your Sunrise TV Box, click on the cogwheel icon in the menu. Then click on Info on the right. Select the menu item «Diagnosis» to view the status and speed of your connection.
