Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Connect your TV Box with a LAN cable

Using a LAN cable provides the best possible connection. Check that the LAN cable is properly connected to both the modem and the Sunrise TV Box. Make sure you hear a “click” when plugging it in.

Optimize your WiFi

If a connection via LAN cable is not possible, follow our tips to optimize your WiFi and then reconnect to the WiFi network.
