Everything at a glance in the new My Sunrise Dashboard – including tips

The customer dashboard is the newly created central point of contact where you can view the most important details about your Sunrise account – connection status, updates and solutions.

With the new dashboard in the My Sunrise app, we want to offer you an even better user experience and a place where you can find all the key details. The dashboard means the days searching for answers across a variety of channels are over. Instead, it thinks for you: 

  • It automatically checks whether your products and services are working well. 

  • It displays opportunities for improvement – such as increasing WLAN performance, updating outdated hardware or activating unused security functions. 

  • It recommends personalised measures and solutions – often before you even notice a problem. 

 

Where to find the dashboard and what it can do 

You’ll see the Dashboard tile on the first page of your My Sunrise app under My Favourites. When you open it, the data is updated and you can see at a glance whether there are any issues with: 

  • Roaming 

  • Home network 

  • Security issues 

  • Ongoing enquiries  

If they’re all green, everything’s fine. If something’s red, you’ll find help on what to do and how to fix the problem.  

The Dashboard shows information about roaming, home network, security and your current requests and, if necessary, makes recommendations on what to do.  

Example for Home network  

Under Home network you’ll see whether everything’s working at home with your connections and devices or whether there’s a problem, as in the following case. For example, the customer has a connection problem. To fix it, he gets the right information on what to do: just plug the modem cable into the correct socket. 

Your status view shows you not just that something in the connection isn’t working but how to go about fixing the problem. 

Security vulnerabilities are also displayed and solutions shown. For example, if you don’t have Sunrise Protect yet, the app will take you directly to the right page to order it.
