Sunrise has been instrumental in developing the new customer communications apprenticeship. It offers an exciting combination of customer contact and administrative coordination tasks (KV). As a customer communications specialist, you will provide advice and recommendations to customers and support them throughout the entire customer relationship.

Degree: Swiss Certificate of Competence (EFZ)

What we look for in an applicant:

  • You enjoy personally supporting customers
  • Sec. A with a grade point avg. of at least 4
  • Sec. B with a grade point avg. of at least 5
  • Excellent language skills
  • Exceptional work, learning and social behavior
