Business TV Public and the Business TV Sports Package are TV-app subscriptions that don’t require you to have a Sunrise TV Box. All you need is the app on your smartphone, tablet, compatible TV set or smart TV Box for your customers, employees and you yourself to enjoy thrilling TV entertainment. Use the app on up to five devices at the same time, of which a maximum of three can show MySports content. You can use the services in your business as well as for private purposes in your home.

Business TV Public from Sunrise Business is a TV App subscription for your business. The App is available for Android TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Samsung Smart TV, mobile devices (iOS, iPad, Android mobile/tablet) and browsers. You can download it free of charge from an app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and you don’t need an additional TV Box.
Business TV Public is designed for business and commercial use. Up TV M may only be used privately. Unlike Business TV Public, Up TV M includes some additional features, e.g., recording television programs that aren’t permitted for business purposes for legal reasons. Business TV Public has been developed to meet the relevant legal requirements and is therefore the ideal solution for any company that wants to offer its customers and employees the best TV entertainment in their workspaces.

Swiss companies that are subject to VAT and generate annual sales revenue of at least CHF 500,000 are required to pay a fee to use the TV and radio.
With a SUISA license and Business TV Public, you will satisfy all the legal requirements for public TV broadcasts in a business setting (e.g., break rooms) or commercial setting (e.g., restaurants). The SUISA license is not included in your Business TV Public subscription. You must apply for your SUISA license yourself.
You can broadcast Business TV Public on screens or projection surfaces with a screen size of up to three meters for business or commercial use. SUISA Common Tariff 3a is the applicable basis. For public viewing on screens or projection surfaces with a screen size of more than three meters, you will need a special license from SUISA: Common Tariff 3c.
You can use Business TV Public for private purposes in addition to business use. The app can be used on up to five devices (TV set, tablet, smartphone) simultaneously.
Business TV Public is part of the Business TV Sports Package. While the first package provides access to more than 280 TV channels and over 130 radio stations, the Sports Package offers the same basic content and then adds live games and exclusive programmes.
The Business TV Sports Package includes all the games played by the National League, Switzerland’s top ice-hockey league, as well as the top NHL games. This adds up to 150 live games per season, featuring Switzerland’s elite players performing in the world’s most spectacular ice hockey league. The schedule also includes selected fixtures from the DEL, SHL, IIHF and CHL.
Unfortunately, the Business TV Sports Package doesn’t offer this option.
