I like how dynamic the company is. People are open to doing things in new ways and like to think outside the box. We have a very open and positive culture. And it never gets boring.

What does a healthy work-life balance entail?

Being able to switch off during my spare time and jumping into a lake on summer evenings!

Do you make use of the opportunities for flexible working?

Yes. I sometimes work in the office and sometimes from home – and I think that’s great. I can schedule my work myself and that really helps me to organize my time.

How do you organize yourselves as a team?

There’s a fixed day on which our team comes to the office. But we usually come in more often, simply because it’s fun to work with others «in the flesh». In other respects, we’re very hybrid. It doesn’t matter if some people are at home and others are in the office. We have the right technical infrastructure. When everyone is working from home, we keep in touch via chat and calls.

How do you like our office and infrastructure?

I like our office a lot. It’s easily accessible, very modern, with a range of workstations and lots of little corners to share insights. And I love the great restaurant of course! The technical infrastructure enables hybrid collaboration, which I really value.

Do you use the training and personal development that is on offer?

Yes, I try to make time for it on a regular basis. There are many different offers and there is something for every interest and purpose.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?

Great place to work! I’ve been with Sunrise since 2020 and am incredibly grateful for every year. My recommendation rate is 100%.
