Switching from an existing Sunrise Mobile or Internet/TV subscription to the Swiss-Ski member offer is generally possible, but only in a Sunrise Shop or via the hotline 0800 900 240.

Switching is not possible for:

  • Business customers (including Employee of the Firm, Friends of the Firm, Medinex)

  • Sunrise subscriptions with an active contract commitment
