General information about Iconic
With Iconic, you get your new smartphone together with Sunrise’s most powerful mobile subscription.
Every Iconic offer includes Flex Upgrade and up to 5 free extra SIMs for additional devices. If you connect newly purchased tablets or smartwatches through a device plan to your Iconic Mobile subscription, up to 6 device plans within your Iconic Bundle benefit from Flex Upgrade.

Device Plan Conditions with Smart Upgrade
The smartphone price already includes a Smart Upgrade discount of up to 30% (valid for purchases until January 2027). The reduced price is then paid over 24 monthly instalments plus a down payment of 1.–. The instalment plan is free of interest and fees.
If the iPhone is not exchanged after 24 months but kept, the remaining amount corresponding to the originally deducted Smart Upgrade discount must be paid. Upon request, this remaining amount can be paid over an additional 12 monthly instalments.
If the old iPhone is returned after 24 months and a new device plan is activated, the remaining amount does not need to be paid.

Flex Upgrade conditions
With Flex Upgrade, you can trade in your device at any time and replace your current device plan with a new one. It doesn’t matter whether you choose a cheaper model or a higher‑end one.
Flex Upgrade includes worldwide insurance for damage and theft. For iPhone, AppleCare services and 50 GB of iCloud storage are also included.

The indicated bundle price is based on a 24‑month term. If you trade in your iPhone during or after this period and choose a new device, the monthly instalment of the device plan may change depending on the value of the new device.

The Iconic Bundle consists of the price of the Iconic Mobile subscription and the costs of the device plans you choose. The monthly price for the Iconic Mobile subscription is CHF 54.95. On top of that come the monthly instalments for the devices you connect to your subscription.

Extra SIMs are add-on options for the Iconic Mobile plan and use its services. For example, if you’re in Roaming Region 3 (e.g., Mauritius) and have 1 GB of data per calendar month, this volume is used by the smartphone and tablet (with We Connect extra SIM surf). Each extra SIM can also be used with a tablet or smartwatch with a device plan.
The Iconic Mobile plan covers all Sunrise Roaming Regions 1 to 3. In Region 1, calls and data are unlimited; in Regions 2 and 3, a combined data volume of 1 GB per calendar month is available. You will find an overview of the countries at sunrise.ch/roaming or in our product factsheet.
You can switch from any Sunrise mobile plan to Iconic Mobile at any time. We Connect extra SIM surf/We Connect extra SIM watch options and Flex Upgrade that are already active are free of charge after the switch. The Flex Upgrade option can only be activated when purchasing a new device plan or within 28 days of purchasing it.
Flex Upgrade is a device and insurance service offered by Sunrise that allows you to exchange your smartphone, smartwatch or tablet at any time. It includes worldwide device insurance against theft or damage. The service is tied to a device plan and offers maximum flexibility and protection throughout the entire contract term.
