Simply text INFO to 503 for free and find out:

  • as of when you can take your number with you free of charge

  • which fees apply in case of an immediate transfer

  • who is the legal owner of your current contract

Everyone under the age of 27. 

The Young subscription expires on the customer’s 27th birthday and is then automatically changed to an Swiss Connect subscription with similar services, but possibly a higher price and different terms and conditions, at the end of the month following a period of 60 days.

Renew your option on My Sunrise one week before it expires. We'll send you the Rail Check in the post and you can then redeem it at a staffed public-transport ticket office.
