Sunrise is celebrating Pride Month and the LGBTI+ community.
Sunrise is committed to creating a working environment in which everyone feels included and valued. It doesn’t matter what someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity is. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity – this is the approach we take in our day-to-day dealings with employees, customers and partners.

Diversity is a key part of our success. With «YouBelong!», we laid the foundations for diversity, equality and inclusion in 2021. In 2023, Sunrise was also awarded the Swiss LGBTI Label.*
Our aim is to foster a culture in which everyone can be themselves and contribute with their viewpoints. This involves encouraging dialogue among employees, offering space for personal experiences and creating a supportive working environment. We're convinced that the better we understand one another, the easier it is to get along respectfully.

Show your support
Support members of the LGBTI+ community by speaking out on their behalf if you witness discrimination or harassment against LGBTI+ people. Let others hear your views and help create an inclusive and respectful environment.
Join us
Show your support by taking part in Pride events in your local area and inviting your friends and family along.
