The Benefit Program includes exclusive offers for mobile, TV and Internet products and other benefits for residential customers of Sunrise who are eligible to receive them through their employer. The participating companies and associations provide a variety of offers and discounts. Once you've authenticated yourself with your business email address or an access code, you can find out what terms and benefits are available to you.
Your eligibility is verified using your business email address or the Benefit Program registration form.
You’ll find the registration form on the intranet of your company or association.
Your business email address is only required to verify your eligibility and will not be stored or reused for marketing purposes.
It's easy to check your eligibility for the program and see the exclusive terms:
1. To authenticate yourself for the Benefit Program, log in to the info page with your business email address. If you don't have a business email address at your company, you can request an access code with your details and the Benefit Program registration form.
2. You’ll receive an access link or access code by email.
3. Click on the access link or enter the access code to view your personal offers. Select your subscription(s) and order directly online.
Employees or members residing in Switzerland are entitled to up to five mobile subscriptions, unless something else has been agreed with the company, association or organisation. Employees or members who are resident abroad and hold a G residence permit can also obtain the subscriptions without a device plan. A manual credit check is required. In this case, it’s best to enquire at a Sunrise shop.
The contract period for Mobile and Home subscriptions (Internet, landline and TV) is at least 12 months. If you select a promotional offer, the contract terms apply.
The usual activation fee for Mobile (CHF 59.90) and Home (CHF 99.90) will be charged, unless communicated otherwise through a Benefit Program promotion.
This depends on the offer for your company, association or organisation. Employees with Freedom mobile subscriptions
can switch their subscription at any time. Employees with Up mobile subscriptions can always switch their subscription at the end of the month. You can find out which offers are available to you once you've verified your eligibility and logged in to the Benefit Program portal.
Family members can also participate in the program if they are listed on the employee’s/member's main account.
Additional options or packages for the particular subscription can be purchased via My Sunrise.

All mobile subscriptions in the Benefit Program let you surf on the Sunrise 5G network.
The discount will be listed on the bill for each number and deducted accordingly.
If you’re switching providers, you’ll need to provide the details of your current contract (including the cancellation date) when you order online or in a Sunrise shop. Sunrise will take care of the rest. You will not incur any transfer costs. Depending on the contractual conditions, it can take up to 60 working days to complete the transfer.

Via My Sunrise, you have the option of participating in the program, signing up for additional subscriptions with a Benefit Program discount or inviting family members.
What matters is that they already have in your customer account an active mobile subscription that's eligible for the Benefit Program.

Here's the simple process for participating as a customer with an active Sunrise mobile subscription:
1. To authenticate yourself for the Benefit Program, log in to My Sunrise.
2. Click on My Products.
3. The Benefit Program overview will appear. You can start the authentication process by clicking on the «Activate» button.
4. Authenticate yourself with your business email address or a voucher code.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation link by email.
6. Click on the confirmation link.
You can then manage the program under My Products -> Benefit Program.
As soon as you, as a new customer, have purchased a new product with a Benefit Program discount via the info page, or as an existing Sunrise customer, have authenticated yourself via My Sunrise, you can manage your discounts.
1. Log in to My Sunrise.
2. Click on My Products and continue to the Benefit Program overview.
You can now select the mobile subscriptions eligible for the Benefit Program from the Mobile Services menu.
You can now see the Home products eligible for the Benefit Program via the Internet & TV menu.
3. Activate your discounts for the relevant products.
You can gift your family members discounts. As long as you’re part of the Benefit Program, your family members will also benefit.

Every family member can also leave the program independently via My Sunrise without incurring any additional costs.
1. Log in to My Sunrise.
2. Switch to My Products – Manage Benefit Program.
3. Enter the mobile number of the family member who is eligible for the program.
4. Click on Add.
The family member will now receive an email with a confirmation link.
After activating the confirmation link, that person will be part of the program and benefit from it.
You can also deregister family members at any time via Manage Benefit Program.
Your affiliation with a company as an employee or membership of an association needs to be renewed with a new eligibility check every 12 months.

Prior to the end of the 12-month period, the account holder will be prompted to renew the discount. You can renew the discount for another 12 months in My Sunrise by entering your business email address. Alternatively, you can visit a Sunrise shop and use the Benefit Program registration form.
If you don’t renew it in time, the discount will be lost. The contract between Sunrise and the employee will continue, but the regular subscription rate will be charged.
The discount will continue for the rest of the period until you’re prompted to renew the discount.
If the customer is no longer employed by the company at that time, authentication for the renewal cannot be performed. This means the discount(s) will no longer apply after the 12-month period expires. The subscription will continue under the standard terms. In this situation, we recommend that you contact us at an early stage.
In principle, yes, but a fee will be charged for early cancellation. The cancellation fee is calculated by multiplying the standard subscription fee (without discount) by the number of remaining months.
If you change your employer within the 12-month period, you’ll be entitled to receive the discounts to the end of this period.
Are you moving to a company that's also a member of the Benefit Program? You can now simply change your named employer via My Sunrise in order to benefit from the terms of your new company.

2. Click on My Products.
3. Scroll to the Benefit Program overview.
