Change to prices from 1 August 2026
Sunrise will adjust the prices of Sunrise mobile and Internet subscriptions for private and business customers with effect from 1 August 2026. The monthly base fee will increase by CHF 1.50 per month and subscription. For the majority of customers who have multiple mobile subscriptions (e.g. Family Benefit) or a combo package of Internet and mobile subscriptions, only one subscription will increase by CHF 1.50 per month, while the actual price increase for additional subscriptions amounts to just CHF 0.75 per subscription and month. There will be no price increases for prepaid offers or device installment plans.
All price adjustments apply to both existing and new subscriptions. Affected private and business customers will be informed in writing from 1 June 2026.

Important notice for mobile subscriptions with combo discount – Multi Mobile, Home Benefit and Flex Premium Benefit
Mobile subscriptions (Up Mobile and Swiss Connect Mobile) that benefit from a 50% combo discount – such as Multi Mobile, Home Benefit or Flex Premium Benefit – will increase by CHF 0.75.
Example: Swiss Connect Global with 50% discount

Data usage continues to increase steadily. Digital services and their expansion continue to grow. Consequently, the demands placed on the performance, stability, cybersecurity and resilience of IT and network infrastructures are growing. These demands have become even more pronounced due to global geopolitical developments.
Sunrise offers high-performance IT and network infrastructures. In order to meet the ever-increasing demands whilst continuing to offer customers the highest-quality mobile and broadband networks, Sunrise is adjusting its subscription prices.
The price adjustment applies to the list price of all Sunrise mobile and Internet subscriptions.
However, there will be no price increases for: specific business-customer offers and bespoke B2B solutions, prepaid and QoQa offers, Home Security offers, additional services (Options), streaming services, and device payment plans, as well as for subscriptions offered exclusively for mobile data connections.
Customers whose products are affected by the price increase will be notified in writing.
The price increase of CHF 1.50 per subscription per month applies to the list price. As the discount in Swiss francs remains the same, the promotional price you pay will also increase by CHF 1.50.
If you are eligible for a multi-mobile discount (Family Benefit) or a bundle discount (Home Benefit), you will receive a 50% discount on the list price of the additional mobile subscriptions, or, as an Internet customer, you will receive the bundle discount on your first mobile subscription. This 50% discount remains unchanged. The price increase therefore only affects half of the price you have paid, which effectively amounts to an increase of just CHF 0.75. This applies in particular to the Sunrise Young offers for those under 27.
Example of a multi‑mobile discount (Family Benefit) or a bundled discount (Home Benefit): The list price is CHF 50 and you have a 50% discount (CHF 25). The list price will increase by CHF 1.50, so your new list price will be CHF 51.50 and your new discounted price (after the 50% discount) will be CHF 25.75.
Loyalty discount: Any loyalty discount remains unchanged.
This price adjustment does not apply to instalment payments for devices.
Yes, the price adjustment also applies to outstanding orders.
Example: If you ordered a product on 15 April 2026 that is due to be activated on 15 August 2026, the price will increase.
No, QoQa is a special partnership so QoQa offers are not affected by the price increase.
Your discount will be applied as a fixed amount in Swiss francs or as a percentage discount on the list price. The duration of your discount will not change.
The price adjustment will take effect from 1 August 2026. You will see the adjusted price for the first time on your August bill.
The price adjustment will also apply to subscriptions held by Benefit Program participants from 1st of August 2026
If you are in a Sunrise «Bring your own SIM» program, the base fee (list price) of the eligible subscription will increase, but this will be offset by an adjustment to the discount, meaning that the current net price remains the same.
If you are affected by the price adjustment, you will be notified via your invoice. From the date you receive this information, you are entitled to a special right of termination and may cancel the contract with effect from 31 July 2026.

Cancellation notices sent by post or email are not valid. For cancellations involving number porting, written notice of cancellation will still be accepted, provided that it is submitted electronically by the new provider on behalf of the customer as part of the porting process. In all other respects, the provisions regarding the right of termination set out in clause 20 of the Sunrise General Terms and Conditions B2B apply.

The Sunrise Business General Terms and Conditions (GTC) were no longer up to date. We therefore revised them and implemented the new version in November 2024. You can find the current Sunrise GTC at sunrise.ch/b2b/agb.
From the date the price adjustment comes into effect on 1 August 2026, the currently published General Terms and Conditions will also apply to your contract.
We will appeal against the ruling. It contradicts an earlier court ruling on the same matter. Therefore, our policy remains unchanged until a new final and enforceable ruling is issued. Notices of cancellation sent by post or email will continue to be invalid. If you are affected by the price adjustment, you will be informed via your invoice. From the date you receive this information, you have a special right of cancellation and may cancel the contract with effect from 31 July 2026.
