To avoid any inconvenience, please take the following steps:

  1. Check whether your new provider has reception where you need it. 
  2. Check your earliest possible outport date, on which you can outport without additional fees in our hotline before you authorize your new provider to outport the number.
  3. If you have a hardware plan / accessory plan, pay all charges and fees due before the outport request. Remaining installments due can delay the process.
