A device plan is considered to be canceled if a customer has paid all outstanding installments or no more than 24 months after the device has been received.

The ordinary cancellation of a mobile subscription by Sunrise as well as the extraordinary cancellation by the customer for a reason recognized by Sunrise do not affect the device plan.

The customer is entitled to pay any outstanding installments at once at any time.
