If you cannot establish any Internet connections with your mobile phone, please check the following:
- Is mobile data blocked on your mobile phone?
- Is mobile data blocked in My Sunrise?
- Is your mobile phone properly configured for Internet access? Please check the settings in Hardware Support
- Please restart your mobile phone and try again to establish an Internet connection.
